It is located on the west shore of Lake Washington and has a private park that with a playground, ball field, tennis courts, and a lakefront beach. It has easy access to Sandpoint Way, University Village shopping center, and the University of Washington. There are homes with larger lots closer to the water, waterfront homes with docks, and more modest housing located inland.
