Phinney Ridge is a very walkable, vibrant community, with many restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. The housing consists of a mix of older, smaller houses mixed with larger older homes, and a number of updated, newly-constructed modern homes. Phinney Ridge is close to Greenlake, Ballard and Downtown.
