Montlake

Sandwiched between Eastlake and the Washington Parks Arboretum, Montlake is a quiet neighborhood with ample park space and northerly Lake Washington Views. Because most of its homes were built before 1940, it maintains a charming old school feel. Montlake is separated from its northerly neighbor, the University of Washington by the Montlake Cut which connects Lake Union and Lake Washington. It is accessed via the historic Montlake drawbridge.  The Seattle Yacht Club calls Montlake home.
